The company was formed in year 1986 under dynamic leadership of Late Sh B.B.Mediratta By young entrepreneur Sh Rajnish Mediratta to manufacture lathe chucks and machine tool acessories in the state of Haryana in Bhadurgarh,Technical collaboration from Tos Czechoslovakia one of the world renown brand in machine tools was done in the year 1988 and was approved by the government of India due to changes in communist world and split in country created different scenario on the world map by giving new identities to Czech Republic and Slovakia. Due to circumstances the collaboration did not took shape as it would have.

In 1990 company started procuring components from different vendors and started its own brand of chucks DMT, and started catering the demand of general market and and Government undertakings such as defense and railways and other sectors,

In year 2003 the company ventured in to import of used machine tools from all over Europe and USA, with extensive experience and knowledge Mr Mediratta made network of suppliers Who keep sending offers for the sale of machines used in metal component production, may it be automobile sector or heavy engineering, we today cater the demand of local dealers as well as consumers from various industries through our associates and directly.
